At L&M’s Cookies, all our products are freshly made and perishable. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final and non-returnable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
