At L&M’s Cookies, all orders are prepared fresh. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within a short time after placing it, as long as preparation has not started.

2. Cancellation Timeframe

Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, we may have already started preparing your items, and cancellation may not be possible.

3. Once Preparation Has Started

Once your order has entered preparation, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.

4. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at lmscookie@hotmail.com with your order details.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Late Cancellations

We are unable to offer refunds for cancellation requests made after the allowed timeframe or once preparation has begun.
